How to update? If this is the problem

So since yesterday night we (me and my friends) can't find our dedicated server even if we right the name.
We figured out it might be the update that came out yesterday, but we can't understand how to update the server. Anyone can tell us or send us to a usefull thread?

Depends. If you are using SteamCMD, use the following:

steamcmd +login anonymous +force_install_dir D:\Servers\DST\ +app_update 343050 validate +quit

as described in the wiki linked by Nowayi.
If you installed the steam client, run it and the server gets automatically updated.
Dont forget to restart your server.
