you don't need more than that, you're not going to see something you didn't if there were extra frames other than game breaking bugs.

Game itself isn't capped to 30 it's capped to 60 FPS by default unless Notebook mode is enabled - which cuts the FPS in half and makes the game run at same speed as the character animations.
60 FPS is the default speed for this game unless like i said Notebook mode is enabled or there are some other performance issues that may be happening.
