Wilson's affinity skills unlock broken + Taking Root Wagstaff broken, too

So, before the update, (after Wilson's rework) I killed both Ancient Fuelweaver and Celestial Champion with him. But now, that I have 12 skills points and more, game says I need to find and kill both of these bosses. Ok, I killed them again, but the game still says I need to kill them! Which means the skill system is broken and I can't progress any affinity tree.

And second of all - Wiki says you can give Wagstaff an Enlightment Crown shard to activate a rift. Well, it's a life - hovering the shard over him or his machine or his boss does nothing. So that doesn't work either, He just spends half a day doing nothing instead of few seconds before collecting boss energy. What gives?

As a bonus bug - Wickerbottom does not do her unique idle animations.
P.S. I use no mods.

Those skills never unlocked for me, either, not even before the update after the refresh. I went on a separate world, killed Ancient Fuelweaver, and the skill was still locked.

Sorry I don’t have a solution to offer, but I thought it would be comforting to let you know you’re not the only one who has or had an issue with this.

You can use your Steam account to post there too.
If you don't want to do either then it's ok but keep in mind
Klei staff very rarely visits Steam forums while they are very active on their own forums and frequently visit the bug tracker.

There is a mod that should unlock/activate all insight and those boss kill requirements too, maybe you wanna use that one in the meantime.

I can wait for possible hotfix. Those skills has nothing super essential to offer for a late-game server.

Yeah, something is definetly off - I created a new world, teleported to both bosses and killed them with console command damage multiplier. Still doesn't count

No one seems to reported that yet on the Klei bug tracker.

I would do it but honestly i am lazy i didn't even touch Wilson yet after his rework and i rather do this in honest before reporting (kill either of the boses legit and on a modless new world) to know 100% that the bug isn't on my side.

I know this is a bit cheating but you can use a client mod to instantly give you 15 insight

That's not an issue. It's not about gaining insight, it's about unlocking affinities from killing bosses.
