I also like using Mushroom Planters as Wurt, since I always swim in living logs whenever I play as her. The extra Blue Mushrooms every now and then really feel good, but it is not my main heal source, since they take kinda long and do not work in winter on the surface. If you have a nice world with some good blue mushroom spawns these are a nice way of healing, and a nice way to keep you insane/sane.
Tomatoes and Potatoes are great too, if you're lazy you will get seed returns as long as you have your Friendly Fruit Fly, but I personally don't like Solo farming at all so I always go back to Trail Mixes (this would also need some preparations for the seeds).
In a long lasting world I ultimately switch to Banana recipes once I get Banana Bushes, Frozen Banana Daiquiris for the 30 health, or Banana Pops for 20 health when I really need the health 10 seconds faster. They grow back fast and even grow in winter, love them.
There's also dragonpies that restore 40 and needs 1 dragon fruit and 3 twigs.
Flower salad, requires a cactus flower and at least 1.5 veg value. So a cactus flower and 3 mushrooms works.
Frozen Bananas heal 30 but requires 1 banana, 1 ice but no twigs. 1 Banana and 3 ice should do.
Though farming tomatoes and potatoes to then cook and eat is more ideal since they give 20 each when cooked and are easier to make.

Wiki got many recipes just check the crockpot site.
you can even eat it raw with no drawbacks. however, by itself it is very weak in terms of healing, even when cooked since raw gives 1hp per fruit and cooked gives 3hp.
but why am I saying this? I'll explain right now.
by itself it's not fantastic to look at but nothing to scoff at either, since you get 12.5 hunger per fruit and more with Wurt's diet bonus, but the main attraction is the versatility that stone fruit has to offer. one of it's most useful purposes is serving as a filler in the crockpot recipes listed by everyone else above. and considering how you get 3 stone fruit per bush upon harvest... well, let's say that having 25-30 bushes will keep you set for a long time. you could also use them to keep your king fed, allowing you to maintain your bonuses much easier because of how abundant they are.
moving onto the healing stuff, everything that everyone else said are great choices in terms of crockpot healing recipes. whenever you can add a filler, you can use stone fruit in place of anything else you might want to consider keeping, such as your twigs since you'll probably need them for crafting. but if you can afford using twigs as filler, then go for it, of course.
Will say that Beefy Greens can't be eaten by Wurt, and that Flower Salad being seasonal combined with spoiling super fast doesn't really help its case, although I guess now that I have bundling wraps their spoilage rate isn't as much of an issue.
So yeah, I think I have healing figured out now, it just took a while. It's funny, Klei's added lots of new healing dishes that Wurt specifically can't eat.
Really hoping they add in at least a couple more in the upcoming updates that Wurt can take advantage of. I'm a Don't Starve vet with over 1000 hours and the fact that I had to rack my head and even ask around this much when it came to finding a solution for hre healing is kinda ridiculous tbh
Wurt can't eat any dishes containing Leafy Meat
Try to grow lots of giant dragon fruits through spring and summer and bundle wrap them. Never had to plant them again as I feed of kelps. I got +120 dragon fruits bundled up in 2 seasons.
Don't forget the sleeping, lot of players tend to forget it's an option for healing.
Yes, tents have lot of uses now. And I think basic straw rolls do heal you too.
