Wes' Balloons, what are all the uses they have?

Wes is supposed to be a challenge character so the balloons don't have a super perk usage.
I guess they are just there to look cute.
When you are more interested into wes simply check his wiki page and the pilo o baloon :p
For example you can use balloons to mark areas or show a way and lure players ^^

Balloons also do 5 dmg when im right , not sure if u can distract enemys with it but try it out.

I thought emenys would aggro wes balloons,and players could use his balloons as a giant source of damage by puting alot in one area
