Now, the angry orphaned moslings afterward, that's a different story altogether...
Deerclops, Hit Hit Hit run Run back in Hit Hit Hit Run Run back in Rinse and repeat
Under that definition they're all fairly "easy", because every one of them with the exception of the Dragonfly can be led to a swamp, where tentacles and spiders will do the bulk of the work of killing them. All you have to do is keep them in the area.
The Bearger will aggro on anyone carrying honey or a honey product, like taffy or pumpkin cookies, etc. Simply get close enough to him to get his aggro, then lead him away into the swamp.
The Deerclops will aggro on anyone who gets within range. Get close, lead him to a swamp.
Ditto for the MooseGoose.
One you have them in the swamp, often they'll stumble on their own close enough to tentacles for the tentacles to attack them, at which point they'll switch their aggro to the tentacles. Simply stand back and watch, then once they've killed the tentacles get their attention againa and continue leading them in/through the swamp to fight more tentacles until they're dead. (An added bonus is that you'll have quite a few tentacle spikes and tentacle spots just lying around to pick up afterward.)
It helps to "time" your own passage over tentacles, in conjunction with your distance from the Boss, so that you get the Boss to do its attack animation right on top of a tentacle or group of them, otherwise they'll often walk right past before the tentacle has time to rise from the ground and actually hit them. It just takes a bit of practice.
The same "timing" works for getting spiders to aggro on the bosses. Get a boss following you, take it toward some spiders, then arrange the timing so that as the boss does it's attack it engulfs spiders in the area effect. This will cause all spiders in the area to then aggro on the boss.
The Bearger will eat anything in range, including monster meat. This makes killing him take even less time, because as he kills tentacles and spiders he'll then stop to eat their meat, which will eventually give him a massive heart attack and he'll fall over dead.
Another trick that works quite well for killing bosses and requires not a single swing of a spear or any other weapon: before the boss arrives have a large area planted with a ton of pine trees. When the boss shows up, lead it straight into this group of trees so that it knocks down/destroys them. Eventually at least one treeguard will spawn, preferrably two or three. Lead the boss toward this tree guards and once they get one successful hit on the boss it will aggro on them instead of you. Stand back, watch the epic battle, waltz in to collect the loot afterwards. (A bonus is you'll get at least one treeguard's worth of living logs out of this.)
Variations on either of these methods work as well, i..e using Wickerbottom to create a large tentacle field, or luring bosses into a large spider field, or luring them into an existant forest to knock down trees, etc. Use your imagination. :)
Tedious? Perhaps. Safe? Absolutely, as long as you can kite sufficiently. Time consuming? Depends. I've taken out Bearger in as little as half a game day (4 minutes), but sometimes it takes multiple days in the area. It's all situational and depends on how many tentacles, spiders and treeguards are around or can be spawned. Overall though I'd call this the "easiest" as it presents very little risk to you, and if done right the only resource you'll use accomplishing it is the food you'd be eating anyway.
Good luck. :)
I suggest you to disable movement prediction however, and fresh hambat + wooden armor/football helmet/battle helmet. 2 Players can tank it, or kite (hit and run) without movement prediction atleast once/twice, then run without getting hit.
To kill Goose/Moose, you just need to know its timing, and dodge its attacks. For Bearger, the same, but get some COOKED GREEN MUSHROOMS (15 Sanity, -1HP) and Jerky or Honey Ham for your hunger and and health. Berries work well too, because its easy to get and helps with hunger. Then with Deerclops, same thing, but BEWARE: Its attacks can freeze you and kill you quickly. Finally, with dragonfly, use a little help from your friends (not necessarily your friends, just mobs that want to kill you) and ta daa.
One thing I do that works everytime is to wait for hound waves, get their teeth and craft TRAPS. create an area full of traps and when another wave comes, lead the to the traps. Farm teeth and with a good amount of traps, lead the boss or treeguard (whatever you want) into it and get the loot.
For equipment I mostly use SPEAR and LOG SUIT and/or FOOTBALL HELMET. But HAM BAT is a good alternative for spear.
Another trick you can use is to have 19 GUNPOWDER (or 18, don't remember, just do the math of boss HP divided by gunpowder damage and find the exact number) and a few hits, or a BLOW DART. BUT WAIT FOR THE BOSS TO FINISH BURNING, OTHERWISE YOUR LOOT WITH TURN INTO ASHES (or funky to funky (lol)). Once it finished burning, hit him a few times or with 1 (max. 2) blow dart and that's all.
Hope it helps.

P.S.: I do not fight with all my friends against the boss. One stays on the base in case of failing.
With Deerclops, you can hit him 3 times after he attacks and then get away again before he attacks again. If you do get hit, wait a little bit for the ice on your character to go away, or you will be frozen next hit.
GMoose, same thing, except make sure you pick up your weapon when she honks. The GMooslings are also pretty easy, just dodge them when they spin up to attack you and follow one, hit it when it stops spinning. Also, both the boss and the babies go to sleep after 1 dart, so make a few of those just in case.
Bearger can also be 3-hit kited, but be warned, there is no cooldown after his ground slam attack. When he does that attack, just bait the next attack and dodge it, then continue hitting him after that. Also, he is great at knocking down trees, so you can use him for easy wood farming.
Dragonfly can be kited similarly, but this is harder, since she is the only enemy in the game (iirc) that can attack while moving. You can only kite the stationary attacks, unless you have insane speed (overcharged WX-78). She also has a ludicrous health pool, at 27500, which is 10x her singleplayer value. As compensation, she can be stunned if two or more players go ham on her (literally), and can even drop extra scales this way (technically, you need to deal a bunch of damage in a short time to stun her, easiest with more people). She sticks around the lava pools in the desert though, so you can wait until you have some walls,10 helmets, and a stack of healing food if you want.
Spider Queen and Treeguard can also be kited easily enough. Both are quite slow, so exploit this when you need to, like for killing the spider minions.
