look for the mods in the Steam Workshop, to download any mod, just subscribe to the mod and Steam will download and update it for you

You can always go to the game settings, and look for "auto subscribe downloads" which automatically downloads all of the mods when you join a server. then you can disable the setting and uninstall the ones you dont want
