Don't Starve Together
My beefalo won't stop following me.
I used our Beefalo horn on them to pen them in for spring (Last time we played the frogs killed are entire herd). So we used the horn and put them in the pen, the only problem is they still keep following me while they're inside it, they can't escape but they keep going against the edges trying to get to me. Now I thought that eventually they would stop, I looked on the wiki and it said one day. But its been about 6 days now and they keep doing this and it's getting irritating. Does anyone know how to solve this? is this a bug? and if so how do I fix it.

P.S this is on the a new reign beta.

Beefalo if i am correct (you used horn) Follow you for a few ingame days.
Did you ever feed them or did a friend?

if it keeps following you consistently even after some days, the only possible answers are: you or someone gave him food (grass/twigs/vegetables/fruits whatever) and therefore initiated the domestication process; OR it's just a bug.
Domesticated beefalos or in process of domestication will greet humans passing nearby or even follow the player if it was recently fed. If u don't want him following you any longer, u need to stop feeding and riding him for some time until it's wild again. but note that, if you use your beefalo for riding, it will lose all the progress and u will go back to just a few moments of riding before it bucks you off. wild beefalos will just ignore whoever comes nearby, BUT when mating season comes, u can't get near it or it will try to destroy the wall to attack you.
i hope this answer your question.

We haven't tried to domesticate them (we know it's a thing but to busy trying to survive) They just keep following me when I get close to the enclosure and makes it impossible to make an entrance into them without them trying to escape.
