The new quick craft menu doesnt craft with the skins i have selected
I hate this new UI, its clunky and unnecessary, i cant even use my skins this way! Screw having to manually sift through the full crafting window!

The way the quick craft tabs work, is that you choose the skin of the item and then pin it to the tab. So if you use for instance Crimson chest skin when you pin it, you would have to make another pin with the Corruption chest skin if you want to quick craft your chests with that skin. Don't forget you can also use the Clean Sweeper item to change skins of things that are already placed/made.

I figured it worked like that, but i didnt bother to test it because its stupid as all hell.

Why was this necessary, the old Ui was perfectly fine, hell, even prettier too

Not sure what you on about it crafts reskinned items just fine both from the crafting menu itself and from quick craft tabs - can even super quickly change skins too on those by using mouse wheel scroll by default.

Wrong you can swap the quick craft skins on the fly by scrolling with mouse wheel:

You don't need to pin multipile instances of same item but with different skins.

Okay, great.

Manually having to populate the slots is just a more micro intensive way of ending up exactly where the old UI was, without any ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Like i said you only need to set up quick slots ONCE and never again unless you want to change them up again.

Also fully personalizable quick craft tabs and search bar > Old non customizable and scrolling nightmare of a crafting menu.

I really dont get it. Say you want to craft something new you havent assigned to a slot yet. Are you seriously suggesting you'd rather fiddle with that damn menu instead of opening the tab you know its in, looking at the items, it not being there, doing one down scroll on the wheel, and finding the item you want.

Also, only having to do it once is not a damn solution when you have hundreds of bloody items! Sure, i could assign the common ones to slots, but i still have to fiddle with the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ menu any time i want something i dont make often. So my choice is either spend an eternity assigning them to slots, and ending up with a worse version of the old UI, or i have to fiddle for every single minor item we rarely use.

You people have no sense of UI design. Unnecessary fiddling is BAD

500+ hours, I absolutely love the new crafting menu. Search is so awesome.
Maybe try using the new menu for even a single minute before complaining about it.
