Mob hp scaling?

Does the Dont starve together have mob scaling? for example if i want to play alone, will i have to face bosses with 8 times more health? And if so, then is it worth to play dont starve together or just regular dont starve?

Don't Starve applies a flat 2x or rarely 3x increase in HP to stronger mobs and bosses regardless of player count, while most weak mobs like spiders still have default HP. So if you play by yourself you're still dealing with tougher mobs, and if you're in a server with 50 people they still have the same HP.

It doesn't really matter though because even with 2x HP they can still be solo'd easily. There's not much difference between a 2k and 4k hp Deerclops other than taking slightly more preparation and time to kill.

DST has some unique group bosses with 20k-100k HP (Dragonfly, Bee Queen, Toadstool, Fuel Weaver, etc), but you can just avoid them since they're entirely optional and usually have to be manually summoned. Even then some people still manage to fight them with things like gunpowder and bunny followers.

TLDR:
The game is slightly more difficult as a solo experience but still entirely doable. I would buy it over Don't Starve because it has more content outside of DLC.
