Can I disable controller support?
The game is always set to controller input and overlay, as long as my Xbox One controller is connected.

I do not want to unplugg it every time I play the game, just so I can play with mouse and keyboard.

Searching the discussion for "Disable Controller", I see that many people aare having the same issue and ask for the same thing ... and none of them have any replies.

Is there at least some launch option for the game to disable controllers for good?

Solved it.

Make sure that controller is unplugged. start game, go to "controls" option, change from "keyboard..." to "xbox controller" change it to DISABLE, apply and you are done
