Skin stereotypes
just say what you think when you see a skin for stereotype
example survivor: veterans with more that 100 hours in the game who can kite (usualy hate noobs) love to hear from all of you

just a general idea of how expensive skins are
(what type of skins usually doesn't matter. what matters more is what character it is)

S : funko skins, wendy GoH, camping pot skins
A : GoH skins (most of em), and some rosette skins
A- : some off-brand wigfrid and wendy skins, and most of the wilson skins. Alchemy pod and some skins for items
B+ : Backpack skins, and some overpriced survivor, triumphant and itemskins
B : Underpriced rosette, triumphant, survivor, and some
C : some item skins
D : basically winona, willow, wes, and some of wolfgang / wickerbottom skins. most of the (underpriced) item skins
F : basically willow GoH skin (0.00$), some winter's feast pet skin that nobody use (pets : exist, dst players : sad), and woodie triumphant skin (somehow, but yes)

Wilson

Guest of honour : No one uses this♥♥♥♥♥♥
The gladiator : doesn't exist
The snowfallen : weird skin, but ok. actually doesn't exist
The survivor : Veteran, edge basically a god who doesn't want to use any other character
The triumphant : Weeb, only saw one before. succed at forge sad
The rosatte : doesn't exist
The verdant :
The costumed : basically cheapest wilson skin
The victorian : fangirls
The magmatic : also weird skin, but ok
The halloween survivor : i personally don't like this one, and never saw one before. looks cool tho

Willow

Guest of honour : thats me (sad) hahahahahaha this is literally sooooooo sad there's no skin avaliable in community market. not enough skins for the worst character?
The gladiator : forge 60000+ damage, never saw one before in survival game
The snowfallen : kynoox hmm? looks cute most willow use this somehow
The survivor : costs pocket change; skin collector, or someone who doesnt want to be kicked instantly
The triumphant : looks nice to me (hmm)
The rosatte : cute idk rosatte skins are hard to find nowadays
The verdant :
The costumed : likes dragonfly ?
The victorian : why would you buy this (or spool) if you can buy survivor skin? met someone with this skin, was quiet and was pretty good at the game
The magmatic : willow in the (toggle portrait) looks retarded

The gladiator : also tryhard, glermz. rushes ruins smh
The snowfallen : usually tryhards
The survivor : edgyrick
The triumphant : skin collector, doesn't look asnice tho, actually pretty cheap for the best (worst) character (1$ rn)
The rosatte : no one uses rosatte. once saw this in a klei server that somehow has 5 wolfgangs with different skins.
The verdant :
The costumed : volx. probably wearing a grey dress with yellow cleaning gloves
The victorian : looks even better than GoH. usually not tryhards
The magmatic : are tryhards in the game. probably just bought the forge pack for awesome weapon skins (that's literally me)

The victorian : looks cool the eye part looks like deerfrid mask hmm? met one before, wasn't a tryhard, was just an average wx main
The magmatic : "programmed in javascript" haha, how funny. don't starve together is actually programmed in lua (i want die, making those retarded jokes that aren't even funny)
The halloween survivor : looks better than the survivor. the unfinished hands and shoes looks like ones of a frog (weird)

Only body skins : also will basically chop down every single wood in the world or EdgyRick just trying to rush minotaur (which is ancient guardian. i like to go by spawncode sad). very likely to be a crossdress if one. valkyrie armor, black hand covers, and brown pants are told in the legends. (edgy rick only plays wolfgang, so he doesn't have any skins for other characters)

Wes

my opinion is that survivor skins have are meaningless but I honestly think that even meaningless some of them are quite good and cheap

Dst skins are used in such a variety of ways that you cant pin down a stereotype for them, but Ill try.

For me, it depends on the character. If there isn't a skin for Wilson, Willow, Wendy, or Webber, then they look like a noob in my eyes. Other characters however, not so much. Skins change this though. So I if I see a skin, I consider them at least experienced.

What about the fact, that you can spend thousands of hours in singleplayer and not get a single skin at all?
And skins are sold.
Meaning somone can purchase whatever survivor outfit he likes in his first 5 minutes after starting the game.

I once ruins rushed with a Wx with no skins. I expected him to die quickly.

Turns out, he had 1k hours.

some may not have skins for specific event, such as snowfallen WX-78 (Would be cool tho)

Also (obviously), these are extremely based on one's viewpoints and opinions, which means it may be biased and subjective, like this.

I was once playing on a public server with no skins as willow (to look like a noob). I didn't say anything, and everyone thought I was a noob (even i would).
Later in that server, I killed dragonfly by myself.

Just wanted to say that these stereotypes may not be correct. (please don't blame me)
