How do I move the portal to a new location? Also world save locations?

I'm using console commands such as c_select():Remove() for the multiplayer_portal so I can move it to a new location. But every time I remove it the game crashes. I'm trying to set up a map for a multiplayer server so I can import it and export it. Basically what I am asking is how can I move multiplayer_portal to a new location? Which leads to my second question. Where are the don't starve together world save locations?

Never mind figured it out there is a mod called map editor that helps me do exactly what I need. Somebody already answered where the save location is so this topic is no longer needed.

don't know about moving wormholes,
if that's what you mean with portals,
but there are mods for sure that allow you to create teleporting Signs.

as for the worlds folder location:
Users\Username\Documents\Klei\DoNotStarveTogether\random number folder\Cluster X,
X for what save slot you have the world in.

No I mean the florid postern aka the multiplayer portal. Remember? You spawn in the game with it?

Also the world is my only slave slot.
