Moose goose keeps despawning

Fighting the moose goose and for some god forsaken reason, it keeps running away. Literally 25 health left and it just flys off. Anyone know why?

lost agro at low HP and Far away from its Nest either the agro one or distance and both will make goose moose fly away

I forget it's her child already hatched? because she more likely lost agro faster when its just an Egg

Looks like its lost agro at low HP yeah she is Coward she will deagro at you and run away when low Hp, Malbatros have same mechanic but with longer despawn time

Her children have hatched yes. They also managed to spawn another moose goose immediately after the mother’s death.

You managed to kill her right? How the mosling? Are they enraged?

Because i have scenario where 3 moosegoose Nest close at each other and it happen same like you, then its your game modded?

maybe you took too long to kill her

Think she has some sort of invisible timer. Waited around and she despawned at around the same time multiple times. Do any of you know the time limit to fight her?

her HP and you need to fight Next to her nest the despawn time if i am not wrong 5 to 10 sec she will try move away from you or if a bit far just fly away immidiently
