Double check the guide, to make sure it's being done correctly:

If you are, and it still isn't working, try disabling all mods to see if that fixes it.

thanks, the problem was in the mods

the problem was in "Slots Tweak & UI optimizer" it puts the celestial pieces in the backpack slot, so the game can't see it...
