Why are there no music boxes IRL with DS or DST songs?

There are music boxes for beloved music tracks in films and some games however don't starve together has none of these which is a shame really considering how many amazing sound tracks there are in the game. I would love to have a music box for woodies wearbeaver sound track for example or maybe summers working track or "spring cleaning". What do you all think? we have plushies etc how about music boxes?

Simply cause DS universe is too new and like those old school music box manufacturers are already bankrupt or out of touch with times? Or klei / this game is too niché. Not enough profit from official merch - plus dead / chaotic trade routes thanks to a certain virus.

Next time do you really want klei to release the DS OST on vinyl as well and juke boxes? lmao

How about klei rereleases classic don't starve finally for floppy disks?
I mean floppy disks would last longer than steam right? For archive purposes.

Anyway you can simply built your own custom "music box" with some smoldering and such? Bluetooth chips and stuff are pretty cheap @ tinkering stores.

If you don't like smoldering you can still "upgrade" a crappy old ipod with 100% only DS music lol. Just use the OST folder here in steam and copy the mp3 files over etc
Or you could start tinkering around with rasberry pi stuff.

Pretty easy way is recycling of old speaker boxes and such. Tinkering is fun not only for Wilsums, but IRL ! You could even sew your own plushie + sound solution. I bet would be awesome fan project ..

But if you want 100% merch only from klei i doubt this will ever happen. The closest to sound playing music was the crabbit plushie with ingame FX.

As advanced project you could upgrade the chip of the crabbit with your own sound solution with custom tracks.

TL;DR
Stop be a zombie consumer and transform into a content / fan creator instead. 2021 perfect times for this. This would also reduce transport costs / package trash and overal plastic / shady business problems.
Just check the community page @DST there are awesome plushies / custom fan toys.

Haha, yeah I guess you are right. Also ngl the small bird creeps me out a little bit, still fun to see all the fan-made stuff for the game. I bet they would sell well on conventions.
