No way to go to Lunar grotto, Bug? Help!

I walked around all caves map and I could not find Lunar grotto biomes. So I used concole c_gonext to moon mushtree. Finally found my lunar grotto biomes but It seems not interfere with other biomes(No way to go there except use c_gonext) Also I found "wormhole" at my lunar grotto. I tried to jump to there but the game has crashed and disconected. Does anyone have the same problems? or Does anyone know how to solve it?

in the old worlds before the moon caves update they retrofittet the old worlds to have the moon caves too the way to get to the moon cave is by using a special wormhole in the blue mush forest maybe it crashing because you enter the wormhole from the wrong side first?

if it Retrofitting World there is Wormhole that lead to it, and i hear that Wormhole Mark Mods Broke the World

Thank you so much you guys, I am using wormhole mark mods and I did not know before the updates. Will try to find other wormhole in blue mush forest and turn off the mods!
