Order in which you should fight
Ancient Guardian > Dragonfly > Deerclops > Klaus > Bee Queen > Moose > Toadstool > Antlion > Shadow pieces> Ancient Fuelweaver or Bearger
Optional bosses: Malbatross > Crab king
It also depends on what you consider as "easier" or not, some fights require more preparation and resources to tackle, while others are less intensive on those aspects, but more demanding on execution. Usually resources and execution are inversely proportional, that is, you can lower resource usage by having better execution, or use more resources to have it be less demanding...
From a solo perspective, and my experiences, i think ranger's list does the job quite well, although i'd personally change it a bit, but i also haven't killed all bosses in the game (let alone solo) to be able to rate them all (Malbatross, Crab King, Shadow Pieces and Fuelweaver specifically i haven't killed before).
Also, i'm assuming their list was made from the perspective of fighting them without cheese and with a character that doesn't have non-ordinary combat abilities. So if you're going with some of these, the list can have some heavy changes.
