None of them, he lacks the damage/hp to kill one before it kills him.
He basically is wearing an infinite(5% worse) marble suit and wielding a fully rotting Ham Bat.

He still has 150hp and can't even heal himself, it's pathetic.
You are more capable of "tanking" with wood armor and some healing salves/hp food, as well as dealing more damage with an actual Ham Bat at any rot stage.

It's only 15% less damage than Ham Bat, not fully rotten. Moose is great for assisting in combat but not going full tank.

He can facetank Deerclops and probably Treeguards as well. I think that's about it.

Also, his damage is the same as a fresh Hambat. It's his DPS that is 15% lower, because he attacks slightly slower.

I was able to facetank the deerclops at a campfire. I think I started charging him at 300 health but I think that was not even necessary.

moose can face tank spider queen, treeguards, deerclop, moose and thats all but its fine liek that because if you could tank everything in this game it would be too op xd ; still great tool to deal with spiders, beefalos, hounds, bees, clockwork and give you almost free price an infinite marble armor (marble armor is worse because how slow it is ) and an hambat. But if you achieve to get jellybeans then with moose you can easilly kill antlion, and bearger (just kite for the big slam on a route ) and to be fair everything in this game that are not the big bosses like clearing the entire ruin from every clockwork by just tanking everything so yeah its pretty good for the low price you have a good farming/killing tool :)

and no Dragontoast in facetanking its obviously way better because in the end its 3 monster meat + 2 grass (idol) against 18 logs + 6 ropes (wood armor) + 2 meat + 1 pigskin + 2 twigs (hambat) and need more healing because 80% and not 90 % so to face tank its way better in price like litterally 5 times
