Transfering servers to another computer

Is there a possible way to transfer server files to another computer?

[ButterStuffed]

C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Klei\DoNotStarveTogether

Transfer this entire file and paste it in the same location on your other computer. It contains all of your worlds, game options and downloaded mods.

If you want to move a specific world transfer the Cluster_# file into the DoNotStarveTogether folder.

I think it will end up making you choose a new character as if you were joining the world as another person though.
