Questions about the clothes
Hey, I'm new to this game, so these probably have pretty obvious answers, but four major questions concerning the clothes you can buy in the community market.
1) Do they just drop like the cosmetics in Unturned?
2) Are the clothes character exclusive, so can you wear spider shaped clothes even if you're not playing as Webber or the Chassis if you're not WX79 or whatever his name is? Most importantly, can Wilson wear Dark Shadow Armor?
3)Are they solely cosmetic skins for your character, or do they actually keep you warm or whatever
And 4) is the Elegant, Spiffy etc. just rarity, or do they have modifiers or mythical effects or what.
Again, sorry for they most likely blatant answers, but I don't really have time to experiment with it myself this week, and me and my mates wanna just jump straight in.

1) Never played Unturned, but the way they drop is that you have to wait a random amount of time until the present pops up in the upper left corner and then walk to a science machine or alchemy engine and click on the icon. You can get 4 skins per week and each present takes longer. Skin drops reset on Thursday.
2) You can wear any clothes as any character. Except the head skins.
3) The clothes don't provide anything. They are purely cosmetic.
4) Just rarity.

I wish they had a setting where you got the benefits of armor but didn't have to visually see it, because armor covers up the skins and makes them mostly pointless.

Okay, let me get this straight,
So they appear as an icon in game, and by going to an in game crafting station when you have that icon, you can turn that icon into a steam inventory item. That item is a cosmetic skin that can go on any character regardless of body style, except for the variations of the Triumphant, Survivor etc. facial skins, which are exclusive to the specified character. These skins change your default character style, but are still hidden by the in game armours, so you see the armour, not the cosmetic? And these cosmetics can be kept between playthroughs, though not the items you gather in game during the playthrough.
Sorry for being difficult.
