How do i change the days for example 21 to 15?

Never came across such an option. Console commands allow you to skip days but I don't think you can go back by using them:

Skip day

​GetClock():MakeNextDay()

Skip more days

​for x = 1, 50 do GetClock():MakeNextDay() end​

Skips 50 days in this example. Replace 50 with the amount of days you want to skip.

going "back in time" is impossible, is there any particular reason you want to change the days back?

well there is a mod to change days its called to many items

I always take time building base so it just consumes too much time and i've had no progress.
