What exactly is the bat scythe a skin for?
I’m gonna buy the items but I wanna know what I’m getting.

It reskins Bat Bat. It's a weapon from the magic tab, which deals 42 damage, has 75 uses and heals you when you attack something at the cost of sanity.

You can preview every skin in the items collection menu and there you can read which item is a skin for.
