when ever i check the tags of servers it almost always says "english" then when I join the game everyone is speaking some other langauge.
I guess it’s more of a flaw in the games cooperative mechanics than the people but it’s still annoying.
is it bad that sometimes I want to play alone, and be in a server for the potential human interaction? I mean, wilderness mode and PVP exist for a reason.
And not be able to hold axe+torch.
After awhile it gets boring - charlie was never dangerous.
But yeah lights all out world are a different beast and make more sense ...
Welcome to steam useless filters.
99% of guides are flagged as english but most are random gibberish and never sorted correctly. Valve doesn't seem to understand the concept of language.
In single player I got addicted to the wiki for planning everything out and have nothing memorized. Having to make decisions in real time where mobs have more hp is just frustrating.
But when you will play with friends they will rage quit for sure :p

The mod perfectly demonstrates why global pausing is VERY bad for coop and destroys fun and flow for party!
Good on paper, bad in reality.
aAnyway it's people who check "my guide is in english" not valve.
Honestly it's expierenced (or pseudo-expierenced) players who I've seen cause the most damage to a public server. Generally the above mentioned gets people killed, to quit, or branch off into a different camp(s). I have to admit I do like that people are one of the biggest factors to survival in this game, however. xD
Outside of arsehats, I do hate meteors, and on Shipwrecked dragoon eggs. The former can eventually creep into your base, and the latter has such a wide range, it's easy to end up with a obliterated base once Summer hits, not realizing you parked just a TAD too close.
