i wanna know if there is a form to make more of them without killing the ancient

Farm the dragonfly for green gems then deconstruct and reconstruct a bunch of thulecite suits.

Thulecite is generally acquired by destroying Ancient Statues and Ruins Sinkholes with a Pickaxe, Gunpowder etc., but they also have a 10% chance to be found in Ornate Chests and a 75% chance in Large Ornate Chests.

Thulecite also can randomly drop when destroying Relics or damaging Ancient Pseudoscience Stations with a Hammer, Gunpowder etc.

Yes. Dragonfly drops renewable green gems that you can use to make construction amulet and deconstruction staff. With them, you can craft a thulecite suit for 3 thulecite and 2 nightmare fuel and then deconstruct it for 6 thulecite and 4 nightmare fuel, resulting in profit.
