Smallbird change parent

Hey.
I'm the host of a server with some friends.
One of my friend love the smallbirds, but, when she is the "mother" of a smallbird, when she disconnect, the smallbird follow another player. So, we manage to connect/disconnect to fix this, but, now, the smallbird follow me. And since I am the host, I can't disconnect without disconnect other players too, so, how can I do to give her the smallbird ?

Let it get hungry and then let her feed it (?)
Once it reaches adulthood it will attack though (and there's no way to prevent it from happening).

Thanks, it worked, when he doesn't want to follow anyone, I let her feed it and he follow her again.

Yeah, I know, this is exactly why we make a stone wall square at the entrance of our base, past 15 days, we gonna close him inside, like a zoo ahah xD
