Do tumbleweeds spawn in both deserts?
I checked both deserts and only the dragonfly desert seems to be spawning tumbleweeds.

Well you already know the answer from your check, but yh tumbleweeds are only a dragonfly desert feature not an oasis desert feature.

Well in summer the sandstorm in oasis deserts kinda stops you from being able to use your base. The dragonfly desert is a much better choice, although it's useful to know where the oasis desert is for the antlion and voltgoats.

It also protects from smouldering and desert goggles are rather easy to get.
