World back to Day 1 for no reason

I closed out my game, then went to hop back on a minute later, and the world I've had for weeks has been reset to Day 1 as if I'd never made it. The name exists, but that's it. Any clue what's up, and what can be done to fix it? Thanks!

Thats not what he meant, you literally close the game/server and it resets to 0 on its own

Save your game from the game files, if that is a problem. Probably mod related.
