Ashley skin for Bernie should be equipped on spawn.

Unlike axe skins or buildable object skins, the Ashley skin should be applied to the spawn Bernie. The reason for this is you dont have to make bernie off the bat. So the bernie willow spawns with should be reskinned if you have the ashley skin equipped. If you want to change ashley to burnie just craft another bernie or un apply the skin before starting a new world when joining a server. I feel like this should be a thing due to the fact that if your playing with people who cant grow a beard beard hair is harder to get.

An easier way to solve this is to give Willow all the parts to craft Bernie at the start of spawn instead of giving her Bernie straight away. Same with her lighter.
