''classic'' biomes and ''together biomes'' difference?

so basically somehow the Biomes was switched to classic and not together. what exactly am i missing apart from dragonfly desert and the forest biome? is it worth to keep playing? we are at day 200 or something so would be a shame to start all over again.

From my memory, I don't think you'd be missing much, especially if you don't care to fight Dragonfly. I think it's basically Don't Starve without the Reign of Giants layout? If you're OK with that, you shouldn't worry.
