Don't Starve Together

when this game will not lag?
i m tired of unstopable lags, net code as bad as it possible and instant death of it

there are tons of games where is sync 64 or even 128 players (and they are shooters, where every bullet count), was even test servers with 1000 players
and this indie ♥♥♥♥ need more resourses then AAA games ??? rly??????????????

Well, the lag is 100% normal for Beta. I realized it when first used it, and now I've switched back to normal and waiting for Beta to be released!
Just gonna point this out, The game will eventually lagg, No matter what version you play or how many mods, Eventually once you get to day 300 even on my godly tier pc with an i7 8700k overclocked to 5ghz it will still give hard input lagg and more.

FPS lag is entirely dependent on your system and will lag until you fix it(with possible exceptions being present in the beta).
If you are hosting a server with a weak system you may have a lot of server side issues the more players you try to host for.

Shooters have a lot less interaction with the world and are pretty much just tracking players and their projectiles. There are a lot less entities for a shooter to track because of this which makes server load light. DST has a lot of entities by comparison to track and requires more resources to function as a server.

If you don't mind posting an actual example of a Triple A game that uses less resources to play than DST I'd appreciate it, because I don't believe one exists unless it is ancient.

ofcorse server lags, 10 spiders rice ping from 20 up to 100+, if there will be spider farm with 10 nests - u ll get so xtremely lags and ping over 999
when 10 players on map it drops u back to place where u was 2-3 sec ago
what server must be to run dst server? something from pentagon or simulating nuclear explosions?

i dont say any word about my computer, coz i never see lags from my side

Spiders, Frogs (from Frog Rains) and Grass Gekos always cause lag in DST. I think it has somethign to do with poor programming of these mobs.

That's actually why I play as Webber, (which solves the spider lag problem) and always log out just before the frong rain in any server.

I relate to that.
DST lags are the worst.

I don't get any lags in Dota 2, but DST lagging is endless.
