Don't Starve Together

Clothing not working?
Is anyone else having troubles with crafted clothing not doing what it is suppose to do? Like the petal crown doesn't seem to be helping my boyfriend or I with sanity, the same with the pretty parasol. Also, I made the rain hat with the 2 moles and put it on but I was getting soaked just as quickly as I would without it on. Am I missing something or are the items just not working?

Garland regenerates 1.3 sanity a minute. Not including the sanity loss from night you would gain 10.4 sanity a day from a garland. Similar with the pretty parasol which gives 2 sanity a minute. They're just both really bad.

Rain hat gives 70% rain resistance so you'll still get wet. If you stand under a tree you'll get full rain resistance and be able to dry off though.

but if you have any mods, you might want to check to see if they modify the clothing in any way

garlands + tophats dont work that well during dusk and night

It didn't seem to work during the day either. How do I check mods? All I have is like, a global position one so I can find my boyfriend on map and I think one with life bar. Would the mod page say? Sorry, I'm still getting use to Steam

Yes, I read it said 70% but the wet was going up quick like I wasn't wearing it that's why I was concerned :( Is there anything other than sleeping that you can do to raise sanity at night?

This is the software equivalent of "did you turn it off and turn it back on?"

Did you checked the values of those items? Petal crown regenerates little sanity (+1.33) it would still drops your sanity when it's in the afternoon/night (-5) or there are ghost or monsters around.

Also, rain hat didn't completely block rain. It only has 70% effectiveness. Wearing football helmet and umbrella completely blocks you from getting wet though.

I know about the mushrooms, they aren't coming up and it seems everytime I go into a cover that stupid bunnymen attack me (My favorite player is webber) I didn't know about the cactus though. Does the cactus lower your health too like the mushroom?

I know it doesn't protect fully but it seems like it's not protecting at all to me. It seems like it's doing 0% because it's like not wearing it at all kinda thing. :(
