Im kinda confused. How do you buy spools
I already know you can unravel cosmetics and clothing items for an amount of spools (I have done this a lot) and i already know how to buy certain cosmetics that you cant weave. But how can i buy spools? i watched a video on DST cosmetics and the person who made the video said that spools don't cost much at all and can be bought in large quantities. I cant seem to find how to buy spools (when i bought cosmetics i went ingame and pressed the shopping cart icon to choose witch cosmetic i wanted to buy.) Ps: I am not new to steam, i just don't get involved with the community that often.

But you can buy cosmetics on market and unveave them to spools.
That's what people mean when they talk about buying spools.
wortox and wormwood this way are like 3-4 dollars (each)

people tend to search for cheapest distinguished or elegant items
1 distinguished = 150 spools
1 elegant = 450 spools
simply search for one which will provide most spools for the lowest price (many people do that and the price goes up because of that)

No idea if the lower tier cosmetics will be worth trying, since many people go for only elegants/distinguished the prices go up etc etc

In my opinion it doesn't worth it to buy spiffy stuff or anything under that for spools. You might get the same amount of spools for a bit less money, but having to unravel 9x more skins is quite annoying (or if you buy a heirloom elegant you get spools of worth 27 spiffies...)

then just use mod which unravels more than 1 at once? I think I have seen one like that
