Code on my plush

So I found a code on my glommer plush, but it doesn't fit in the "redeem" button's thing. Is there somewhere in paticular I should put it in? Anywhere else I should look on the tag?

I'm having the same problem. It doesn't work with "Activate a Product on Steam" either, so I'm hoping someone figures it out.

sorry, but that doesn't help.. my code isn't long enough to fit in there, and it doesn't say if I should put anything to fill in the empty space.. thanks, though!

I don't think you need to enter anything into the empty slots, just give 'er a shot, see if it works.

I am having the problem as well, but with a chester plush. The only advice I got so far was to contact the distributor, ESC Toys, to send you a new code, but they haven't answered me so far. I will try to insist in the thread on the Klei forums, and I advice you to do the same:
