Fish sticks-1 fish, 1 stick, 2 filler, gives 40 health. One fishing rod is 360 health all you need is a couple ponds and/or some patience. I believe you can use two monster meat as the filler without a chance of lasagna since it can't be made with sticks.
Trail mix-1 cooked birchnut, 1 berry, 1 fruit, 1 filler, gives 30 health. One of the easiest recipes to mass produce with a bunch of berry bushes and deciduous trees.
Glommer goop-Gives 40 health and takes 50 sanity. One of my favorite ways to get my health up as, once I have a krampus sack, glommer becomes a free health maker that doesn't spoil. With a large enough stack I can use glommer goo as my healing item for bosses with just a bunch of cooked greencaps.
Killing butterflies-Gives 8 health per wing, and 40 health per butter. You'd be surprised how much health you can just by wandering around grasslands during the day and punching every butterfly you see.
Easiest way for trail mix : 1 cooked birchnut, 2 berries, 1 twig.
Of course, I'd rather try to do useful work at night.
