PC split screen for Don't Starve Together?

Are there any plans to bring split screen play to the PC version? This is a perfect game for couch playing.

I know the Playstation version already has split screen.

Any news on when PC users may get the same?

I have no idea, but I'd love to try playing this with a few friends in local co-op.

you can play local coop with multiple pc connected to each other. without internet connection.

i think it is hard to create this as the pc version requires a steam game for each account and i believe you can't multiple login for steam in pc.

Ah, well I've already been able to play over wifi in the same house. I just thought it'd be great to use an hdmi cable and a TV to play some couch co-op with a single PC.

There is an external tool that allow this (haven't tested it for this game as I don't own it. If anyone gets it please tell us, then I'll surely buy the game)
