How do you respawn?

I got turned into a capsule and can't do anything except move around

go to a touch stone the haunt it to respawn or if you have the respawn at campfire mod then haunt a campfire to respawn (hope it helps)

find a touchstone or another player need to make a heart to revive u, if the game mode is not survival and is "endless" u can respawn in the portal though endless mode remove the fun of surviving the game by giving u unlimited lives.

just go with u ghost to there and u will be able to revive urself. after u use all of them u probally will have resources to create items to revive urself later.
