How do I get the thulecite in the middle?

I was exploring the caves and I see items in the middle of a pit( like in the image above), but I havent found a way to get to them. So how do I get it?

You can use an orange amulet to grab it. I think you could use an orange staff as well but if that works it's pretty inefficient.
