How to settle a 3rd settlement?

I have finished the campaign and just messing around now. I've created a setller, sent them on their journey across sites all over the map and i still cant seem to settle them anywhere. The only reason i want a new settlement is because i want to make build a stone quarry. For whatever reason, I'm unable to build one in Dust Creek or Sand Storm (I hope the names are universal and not RNG). I'm also unable to find a trader that sells stone. Please help. Thanks.

Hey! Right now Early Access has 2 settlements, Dust Creek and Sand Storm (and yes, the names are the same for everyone, the maps are handcrafted). That's why your settler can't find a spot for a third one. More should come as Early Access goes on.

For the stone quarry: in Dust Creek there are stones you can blow up with dynamite. Once they're gone, a spot for a stone mine appears there. Hope that helps!

is there a way to send resources to and from each settlements?

My only complaint right now is, sometimes my settlers will start spinning in circles and will not build. All my roadsare connected to all my buildings. I have to save and close then reload my game to ix it. Other than that I'm having fun.
