If I play this in Offline mode, will my saved games and achievements be synced to my Steam cloud?

I'm going on a vacation for a week, and the Wi-Fi in our hotel is kind of shabby, so I'll be playing this in Offline mode. Will my saved game sync to my Steam cloud while in Offline mode?

When you next connect to the internet, Steam will look at your file, notice a mismatch and ask you which save you'd like to keep; the cloud or the HDD. Achievements will unlock and sync, but they won't display what time and date you achieved them.

Should be no problem.
