Hats in mission?

Do you have to manually pickup a dropped hat to keep it or do you get all knocked off hats at the end?

If you have to pick them up, are you limited to 1 hat pickup per character per mission?

Yes, you have to pick them up. I think trhey are enlighted if you don't allready have one in your inventory, so you can get them.

Not sure for the second question, i suppose you can pick up several hats as you don't add them to char's inventory while in mission, but you get all loot at the end.

If a hat YOU are currently wearing gets knocked off by an enemy, you won't lose it even if you don't pick it up. All unlocked hats stay in your inventory.

Hats dropped off from enemies still need to be picked up in order for you to obtain them, unless you already own said hat.

You can pick up any amount of enemy hatson the mission so you don't need to bother. It's just like any other loot.
