Any way to disable that awful motion blur?

When playing any level, everything that moves except for the player is blurred. Is there any way to disable this blur?

If it matters, here's my PC specs:
- Windows 7 Home Prerium 64-bit
- AMD FX-6200 6-Core ~3.8GHz
- 8GB RAM
- AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series 4GB

I'm playing on this monitor (VS278Q) and I have absolutely zero motion blur (1ms Response Time).

Even in 2022 it's blurred for me. That makes me headache and my eyes hurt after short playing

I'm not 100% sure on this issue, but maybe turning on vertical sync will help? A friend of mine was having visual issues, and turning it on seemed to help. Otherwise all I could recommend is messing around in the settings until it dissapears.
