Custom levels page is blank?

So I wanted to download some custom levels to try out, and all I see is this:

So the question is: Why is this happening and what can be done to fix it?

Hi,

Did you try to find online levels from the search page? Try clicking on the "Featured" button and see if anything shows up.

That actually worked, but I don't want to keep disabling my antivirus just to view and download online levels. Any way to change that?
