How do I fix the delayed music?

I've got this issue since 1.93 when the option "Smooth Fix" got added into the game, I didn't had any problem with disabling it on my phone, but on my laptop, the level goes faster than the music itself and both do not sync properly, because every time the level goes on, it goes faster than the music and they keep desyncing for 1, 2, 3 seconds or more.
I want to know how can I fix this issue without disabling the "Smooth Fix" and the "Vertical Sync" options. (When VSync is disabled, the screen tears apart, and I got annoying lag spikes when I disable the Smooth Fix.)
Any help will be appreciated, thanks. :)

'tis the smooth fix. The only other option is to upgrade your computer. (don't remove Vsync though!)

There's an option in the settings where you can set how many milliseconds it's off by.
