The actual first demon on the Extreme Demon List is "Tidal Wave" by OninlinkGD, but there are some levels that are Upcoming Top 1, like "Silent Acropolis", "Silent Bloodbath" or "Grief", but they MUST be verified

there is a list of the hardest demons called the demonlist and tidal wave is at the top, meaning it is the hardest extreme demon someone has beaten. there are harder levels that haven't been beaten on the impossible levels list (levels humans can beat but haven't) and theoretically possible levels list (impossible for humans to beat). The hardest level on the theoretically possible levels list is transfinite void and idk the impossible levels list hardest level bc a new one was just made. Also, there are new top 1 levels being verified by some really great players. Doggie has 80% on Grief, wPopoff has 71% on Amethyst and some really good progress on Vehemence, Thnnder is verifying Heliopolis, there is also Flamewall, Silent Acropolis, Ascension to Heaven, Injury, Sweeping Demon 2, Kocmoc Unleashed, Misanthrope, and Aeternus
