What the hell is a Nine Circles Level

People keep using this term and I have no idea what they are talking about, all I know is Nine Circles is a song. Help?

A Nine Circle level is a level where an elipsy or whatever it was called is in the level, with it present with a triple-speed wave. In English, fast wave goes through level with flashing lights.

To put it in a beter way than previously explained, a nine circles level is a level that follows the same style as zobros's level "Nine Circles"

Zobros made a level to the Night Killa's song "Nine Circles" and the level is most memorable for its wave section. It is a tripple speed wave (most of the time) going through narrow passages which are constantly flashing through the wave section. Since the release of Zobros' level, other level creators have made levels with the same wave design (a parody if you like) so called it a "Nine Circles" level. I've made an easy level in this style too Name is "Heaven" ID is "8104517"

Basically that, bu if you record it, put an epilepsy warning, as it has very fast flashing lights.

So would "Ultra Paracosm" be considered a Nine Circles level?

They are level based on nine circles by zobros, examples are Fairydust, another circles, Quasar, Ultra paracosm and classic, they are generally easy to make and get likes.
