They use a special server outside of GD.
Those songs aren't allowed in the normal game, and those levels aren't in the normal game.
The short version is that they use a fake GD that isn't supported by RobTop, (Called a GDPS,) and the makers of the GDPS use hacks to get the songs. (Even if they have Copyright)...
Most songs are banned, due to copyright reasons.
Only some music creators have their songs allowed in GD. (They have to be chosen by RobTop himself.) The "GDPS" can bypass this.
You will even see GD features in those youtube videos that aren't in the game yet, because some hackers found a way to get them, (so if you see crazy camera effects, or something like that, then they use the GDPS)
Often, the videos might have "2.2" in the name. If it has "2.2" and is a level showcase, it is probably the fake version.
This is because "2.2" is the next GD version that hasn't been released yet.
The GDPS has features from 2.2, so Youtubers use it so preview the update.
That is the easiest way I could put it.
Any questions?
