Any Easy Map Packs?

I want to get the 70 coin ball but I need more coina and the second coin in ToE 2 makes me want to kill myself. I've done all map packs on the first page except for one (I'M NOT DOING DYNAMIC ON TRACK), on the second page I've done the Pheonix, Power, and Element Pack, and on the 4th page I've done the Demon Pack 3. Any other Map Packs that can be done? I'd gladly appreciate any info ^o^
