You can make a blue key unlock a door with a blue keyhole in a level. I beat Deadlocked with all 3 coins and one key in the first rocket part unlovks the door to the first secret coin.

They are just decoration, and have move triggers behind them. It's not too complicated to do, and you don't even need to add a keyhole if you dont want. Basically when you touch the key at the same time the animation plays for when you touched the key, whatever door, or anything really moves. You can look up a tutorial for how to use move triggers, but make sure that the move trigger(s) have touch triggered enabled and they are in the same place as the key is.
