Why I Can't put in-practice checkpoints????

I can remove checkpoints.... and why i can't put in?????

LOOK the game is designed with a diffrent keyboard then yours so when you press z to put a checkpoint the game thinks you pressing y. so press y so the game thinks your pressing z.
